“We are a 200 acre organic farm on the Isle of Wight, specialising in growing garlic. Our suckler herd are not only an important part of our restaurant on site but they also help condition the soil for our garlic. OLMC have supplied us with breeding stock on two occasions over the past year or so. Our plan is for a closed herd of organic cattle, with a throughput of approximately 1 animal per month for the restaurant.
