Full
terms of trade can be obtained by contacting the OLMC General
Office.
All
stock marketed must conform to current certification of
which it is the producers responsibility to supply.
Payment
of stock will generally be made within fourteen working
days of slaughter.
Payment
by BACS can be arranged by contacting OLMC at Village Accounting
Ltd.
Stock
entering slaughterhouses must adhere to Meat Hygiene Service
codes of practice of cleanliness. Subsequent penalty for
delivering dirty stock will be met by the producer alone.
